I Am A Wayfinder

US Life Coach Martha Beck calls her coaches "Wayfinders," originally a term for Polynesian navigators who found their way across the seas with intuition and body knowledge.

I am also a Focusing Coach (following Eugene Gendlin), who taught us to tap into our body wisdom. The body knows everything there is to know about ourselves. And Focusing is the path to this treasure.

I am also a psychological coach with solid training in psychological fundamentals. Still, I prefer to be a coach.
