No. Everything we do is guided gently, step by step. You don't need any prior experience — just a willingness to explore.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on what brings you here.Some people come for just a few sessions during a transition or to reach a specific goal. Others prefer ongoing support to clear a deeper issue over time.

Is Coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process that supports you in creating change, clarifying goals, and aligning your life with what matters most. Coaching is based on the belief that you are whole and resourceful — and it's designed to help you move forward with clarity and purpose.
Therapy, by contrast, is a clinical process that focuses on diagnosing and healing psychological or emotional conditions.
