Your Questions, Answered

Do I need to know anything about Focusing, energy work, or coaching beforehand?

No. Everything we do is guided gently, step by step. You don't need any prior experience — just a willingness to explore.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on your intention. Some people come for a few sessions during a transition; others choose ongoing support. We’ll decide together what feels right.

Is this therapy?

No. My work is coaching and energy-based support — not psychotherapy. If you’re under therapeutic care, this can often complement your process beautifully.

What happens in a session?

Sessions are conversational, experiential, and always led by your needs. We may talk, pause, check in with your body, or work with energy depending on what emerges.

Do you work online or in person?

Both! I offer sessions via video call and in person in Germany, Niederkrüchten.
