In our everyday lives, we often lack the time for such intensive training. We are overloaded with information and obligations. Life propels us forward - often in a direction that is not in harmony with our talents and true being.

Our culture doesn't encourage us to question our lives or align them with our inner values. As a result, we deplete our life energy, which hence cannot renew itself! That's why I urge you:
